2. How does the subscription work?

Our subscription is flexible, so you're not obligated to buy a set of Nailhur every month. Your orders are automatically placed on the same date that you place your initial subscription order and shipped unless otherwise changed by logging into your account and managing shipments.

You of course can also make separate onetime payment orders in addition to your subscription orders.

3. How do I subscribe?

When adding an item to your cart there will be two different options at checkout, (1) pay a onetime payment and (2) subscription.

If you select subscription it will show that you will receive your set/sets once a month. After adding item to your cart then follow the steps to checkout.

Please note that if you are wanting to purchase more than one set you must choose on each item page to add to cart with subscription otherwise it will add as a onetime purchase for the price of $13.99

4. How do I log into my account?

  • You can login to your account by going to the Nailhur website and at the bottom of the page click on the "login button"
  • If you need to create an account your login email should be the same as the one used when you setup your initial subscription.
    This ensures all of your subscription's details will be available to view and modify.

5. How do I change my subscription?

  • To add products open your “Subscriptions tab” and click “Add product”. This will open a pop-up where you can search for, view and select additional subscription products from the store to add to your upcoming deliveries.

You can also choose the frequency, first shipment date and the subscription you would like the product adding to.

6. How do I change products?

  • To change the frequency and variant of product, in your account open the "Subscriptions" tab and next to each of the products you are subscribed to you will see a "Cancel" button.
  • Clicking this will cancel your subscription to that particular product.
  • You then click “Add Product” and choose the set you would like to have delivered

7. How do I skip deliveries?

  • Login to your account
  • Once in your account you will need to open the "Delivery Schedule" tab.
    Here you will see all upcoming deliveries for your subscription(s).
  • To skip a delivery you just need to click "Skip" to the right of each relevant delivery.
    This will only skip that one delivery, to skip multiple deliveries you will need to click "Skip" each relevant one.

8. How do I un-subscribe from the VIP program?

  • In order to cancel your subscription, simply log into your account that you created upon checkout.
  • Once in your account open the "Subscriptions" tab and next to each of the products you are subscribed to you will see a "Cancel" button.
  • Clicking this will cancel your subscription to that particular product.
  • We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your order date so that the order will not be shipped and your card will not be charged.

9. How do I update my shipping details?

  • To update the delivery address for your subscription you will need to login to your account
  • Once in your account, open the "Subscriptions" tab and click "Edit" by the address line:

This will open a new page where you can change the appropriate fields.

10. How do I update my payment details?

  • You may want to update the card on file that is being used for your subscription orders
    You will need to login to your account
  • Once logged in click the "Billing Information" tab where you will see options to update card and, if necessary, edit the billing address for the card.
